We had wonderful 55th anniversary event on Saturday. We received many greetings and responses regarding the celebration. Thank you all for your supports!

The following are the selected responses:

• The 55th anniversary luncheon today was spectacular!!!!!! Many thanks to Sharyn, Cathy, Josephine, Hal and Ron who contributed so much to make it a wonderful event for the rest of us. I'm sure there were others I don't know about who worked behind the scenes. I am SO GRATEFUL that I've had the opportunity to be in Dogwood all these years! – Edwinna

• Everything went smooth and nice - the place had great location, food, the room was big and beautiful, the table topics funny and there were a lot of pictures and great information, we had an opportunity to meet few previous members- thank you for bringing them. I want to acknowledge those who put together the slide shows and Hal's speach and made all equipment work-tremendous job. Sorry not everybody could make it today. Thank you everybody for preparing today's celebration! – Galina

• Our anniversary luncheon was a very special event and I thoroughly enjoyed it. Over the years I have joined many clubs/organizations. Dogwood Toastmasters is a special group and participating in a venue where I can hone my speaking skills is secondary to the camaraderie I find here. – Kermit

• Saturday was truly an exciting occasion to fellowship with former and current members of Dogwood Toastmasters. I especially enjoyed the Table Topics portion of the luncheon when truly Tall Tales were told! Thanks to all those who organized the festivities! - Barbara

• I am very glad to be president during the time when Dogwood turned 55. I enjoyed creating the presentation and coordinating with Sharyn, Cathy, Ron, and Hal to make the 55th anniversary luncheon a wonderful event.
