The following 20 members were present, eligible to vote, and did so
unanimously in the affirmative.

Since we took a vote without a quorum (a violation of the normal
procedure and the rights of members), the slate needs to be approved
by 2/3 of the 43 members or 29 total. Please note at this point the
members only have the right to approve or to disapprove, not to change
the slate, or decide they want to run for an office after all.
With the record of the 20 members who were at the meeting, only 9 more
approvals are needed.
If your name is NOT among the 20 people listed above and you
approve, please e-mail Gloria by Thursday (same deadline to RSVP to Ellery
for the picnic) to make the results official.
