Summer is almost over, and we still have not seen the grilling kings perform! As the former social chair, I found the two most daunting tasks in organizing a group picnic to be: 1) Finding a location and 2) Picking a date that would preferably be blessed with wonderful weather.
Please help Charlie, our current social chair, by posting your suggestions!

WD Thompson Park (1760 Mason Mill Road, Decatur, GA 30033). It is free (first-come, first-serve), has amenities such as: grills, multi-use field, basketball court, tennis courts, playground,covered picnic shelter and trails. My lab had a picnic there with over 30 participants and the park served us very well. Let's do this!
Sounds good! I don't even know there is a park over there. I thought Gloria was talking about Mason Mill Park on the other side of Clairmont Road. If the place has not been decide, this park could be another option. FYI: Mason Mill Park has a dog park. - Tom
